Riverside Recovery Center is state licensed and has been a provider of court-monitored services for over 20 years.  We pride ourselves on expeditious assessment turnarounds and communication with attorneys and the criminal justice system.

Deferred Prosecution Program
An individual must be assessed at a dependency level in order to be eligible for a deferred prosecution program. Please consult with your attorney regarding the specifics of a deferred prosecution program. OR, If you do not have an attorney, we’ll refer you to a list of highly qualified attorneys that Riverside Recovery Center has partnered with for over 20 years while working in the criminal justice system.

If your current or previous charges (e.g., DUI, DV, other criminal charge[s]) occurred outside Washington state; you will need to bring in a Defendant Case History and Driving Abstract for all states that apply.  You will need to contact appropriate representatives from any applicable states in order to obtain these documents.
