Residential or Inpatient Referral

We have several inpatient centers to which we refer as well if indicated (e.g., gender specific, medically managed component, certain geographic need, etc.), such as: Sundown M Ranch,  Klean Treatment Center, The Refuge, Northbound, Hazelden, and Pocono Mountain Recovery Center.

 

Riverside-Milam Recovery Centers (Riverside-Milam) of Kirkland, Washington, was founded in 1983 and is widely acclaimed.  They have won recognition in The 100 Best Treatment Centers, and on The Oprah Winfrey Show, as one of the ten best treatment centers in the country. No other treatment organization in the Pacific Northwest has helped more people than Riverside-Milam. Prior to becoming the owner of Riverside Recovery Center of Spokane in 1994, Don Davis was the Regional Manager of 8 treatment facilities including a residential center for Riverside-Milam. Don understands the effectiveness of the Riverside-Milam philosophy and our strong relationship with them remains.

As part of our ongoing unique partnership with Riverside-Milam, the cost of care includes:

  • Assessment at our facility
  • Roundtrip airfare
  • Inpatient care for adults or adolescents

*If admission is deemed necessary prior to a quoted admission date, we will call on a daily basis to see if a bed opens up due to cancellation.  This way you can be sure that we are doing everything possible to facilitate you or your loved ones entering treatment and working towards abstinence and a healthier way of life.

Subsequent to inpatient care, chemical dependency treatment best practices indicate a patient should participate in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for aftercare. Riverside Recovery Center has specialized relapse prevention groups to continue the process of addiction awareness and internalization regarding the negative bio-psycho-social-spiritual effects should psychoactive chemical use return. Many of our clients returning from inpatient care are familiar with one another other from interactions at Riverside-Milam Recovery Centers (Kirkland, WA) or another inpatient center we refer to. Their rapport along with the knowledge of the group facilitator work synergistically to bolster recovery education and aid assimilation into their home environment.
